STOP! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR AUTO REPAIRS. I have been with J&S auto since 2015 when they were located on Kent ave in Warwick. The owner, Joe would provide transportation back to my residence if I could not secure a ride. Price was always good and Quality was great. Then they moved to Roseland avenue and things changes drastically, not for the better. PRICES WENT UP AND QUALITY WENT DOWN!. On my last visit to them I dealt with the manager Bobby Judge. I have a 2004 Honda Accord I use for work as I am a visiting nurse and travel quite a bit. My car needed an inspection sticker so I left it and requested they call me with an estimate. The manager called and quoted me over $2,000 to get it up to speed. After reviewing the details I agreed to $1353.11. I picked up the car the next day. After driving around I noticed there was a problem with the front right tire causing a problem when steering. I brought it back and the manager said it needed a new Lower Ball Joint. He said it was safe to drive but I explained I was having problems steering!I requested an estimate and called back after 3 days of calling and asking to speak to the manager. Finally received an estimate(via Text) of $566.90. I thought that was a little high so I called 3 other places and got estimates ranging from $250-$400.00 dollars. After looking at the estimate I realized THE COST OF THE PART THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $60-$80 DOLLARS WAS PRICED AT $160.00 DOLLARS!!! I had it repaired and it runs great, total price was $273.83. You are not able to reach the owner and if you call most times the manager will not contact you, he will have you speak to the tech or the receptionist. It is sad that a business that was so great has been sabotaged by an inept manager who is trying to prove his worth by unscrupulous inflated charges. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR AUTO SERVICE REPAIRS!!

I have had a lot of work done by J&S, everything from a simple oil change , tune up, serpentine belt and pulley replacement , exhaust manifold Etc. Joe and Carl are a treat to work with and never try to up sale what needs to be done . The prices are the best around and the quality of work is exceptional. These are my go to guys for all my automotive repairs . I think they know the ins and outs of my F-150 better than I do . My father uses them as well.

They keep my car running well, it was a really good deal, and it never takes that long. I don't really have anything bad to say about them!

He does good work and is fair in price.I had a lug nut missing on one wheel and he replaced it and did not charge me for it on another visit I had last year. Will use again.

It went well I have used him several times and service was done well.

I bought the 3 Oil Change deal. Excellent bargain. I was an auto mechanic years ago and after talking with Joe you can tell he is one of the good guys that you want to deal with. Someone you can trust. Will go back again.

He's honest and doesn't try to upsell you on anything. He takes care of the problem and just the problem. He's very comforting.

Everything went well, the door now works well. His price was significantly less than the dealer. He was extremely honest, especially when we asked to change the oil he looked on the sticker and mileage from the previous oil change, and  indicated that we did not need it becasue we still had another 2000 miles left.  Being that we've only lived in Rhode Island for six months , we're grateful that we found JS Auto. Joe, the owner has the same integrity as our old mechanic from New Jersey.  We will continue to go back to JS Auto in the future.
