Ross came out to the house and made suggestions. He was very helpful and when I called a few times as I was waiting to hear when the the work was to begin he was most patient and helpful. The installer were extremely professional. I am very pleased and their warranty is outstanding.

The work was done on time and all done as promised. The only reason for the not perfect review is that I paid the workers the day they were here as they requested. They lost the check and I had to out a stop on the check. Not good.

Gutter Service of New England came and did what was expected. They cleaned the gutters and made minor adjustments to the downspouts. However, I did not receive any verbal feedback on gutter covers or any additional feedback like the condition or critical issues with my 15year old gutters as initially promised with my quote. Aside from a little lack in communication, I would hire again to clean the gutters.

We met with Joe M to go over our needs and he explained the whole process from start to finish and answered all of our pesky questions with no problems. Originally had a timeframe of 3-4 weeks, Michael was able to get us in within the very NEXT day due to another project in our area after we decided to go with Gutter Services of NE. The removal and installation went so smoothly even with a rotten fascia board! Very professional and reasonable pricing, we are extremely happy to see no more dipping all along our gutters!

It was easy to get in touch with them and agree upon a cost. They came first thing in the morning and took less than an hour. They did some little things that were not asked to be done as well. Definitely would recommend.

Rep and installers showed up on time and did a bang-up professional job. I would recommend them.
