This is a copy of what I wrote Green Thumbs: One of the things that drew me to Green Thumb was what I had thought was a commitment to excellent communications with its customers. However, I have learned over the last several weeks that what I had thought was strength is really a weakness. I have tried to be understanding. You were supposed to return and complete the clean-up the first week of December. Snow postponed that, and I understood. You then promised to be at my property on January 3rd. You weren't. You informed me of an equipment problem, and promised to be back as soon as it was fixed, which you estimated to be a couple of days later. I understood, but then I didn't here from you. I emailed again Jan. 9. No response. And again Jan. 11. No response. My house is the only one in the neighborhood that is still covered with leaves. I'm embarrassed. I have engaged another landscaper to complete your work.
