Description of Work: They diagnosed my problem, but being a warranty issue, they referred me to the dealership. No charge. I'm very thankful for their efforts, as my repair will be covered by warranty. I plan on using them in the future.

Description of Work: My XC90 had a failed differential electronic module, failed Haldex pump (rear for awd) and failed abs and steering angle sensor. They diagnosed all of this, rebuilt all the electronics and got the car back on the road for me in time for ski season! They were the ONLY shop I could find that understood the issues and how to make the repair. They kept me informed throughout the process and are professional. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They are probably one of the best auto shop I have ever been to. Not only they are not trying to get your money, they are doing the right things by researching dealership bulletin that warranty was extended and told us to have it fix by dealership for free. I'm looking forward to have them work on my cars in the future and will recommend friends and family to use them.

Description of Work: I needed an oil change and my check engine light was on. I had been looking around for an auto service place to go, rather than the dealer(as my extended warranty was finished). I decided to join Angie's List and check, and I'm so glad I did. I would never have known about this place, as it is not as close to me as some other auto repair places. The reviews on it were so strong, I decided to give it a try. I was delighted to find a master Volvo mechanic there. I had him also check the car over. He found something he will be monitoring. I like that the customer gets to talk to the mechanic. The costly piece of this bill was the check engine light repair needed, which was due to a faulty repair when my starter was replaced when it died suddenly and I went to the repair shop in that parking lot. It was repaired and everything is good now. I have alot of confidence in this mechanic and will definitely be returning to Elite for future service. I would also encourage my husband to go here when his Lexus is out of warranty, as they specialize in Lexus too(and some others).

 + 0 moreI went to Elite Auto repair for a second opinion on suspension problems with my Camry. The Toyota dealership had told me I needed all new struts for $2400. Elite examined the car and found the struts in good shape only a loose bar that needed fixing. The repair cost under $100 and they also looked over the car's condition in general and suggested several, inexpensive maintenance issues. I was very pleased with service I received from Elite. In addition to saving me thousands of dollars over what the dealer quoted me, they were professional, quick, and helpful in explaining the problems with the car. I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy and skilled repair shop. I will definitely return to Elite for any future car issues and would recommend them to people.

 + -1 moreI noticed that my car was not stopping as good as it normally did, so I stopped at Elite and had them check my brakes. They said I needed front brakes, and they made sure that was the only thing that needed to be done. They put the brakes on while I waited. It did not take long, and I was again on my way.

Description of Work: I was refereed to Elite by my neighbor, he said that these guys are very honest and fair, never going to anyone except a dealer is was a little worried, however when I got there everyone was so positive, and happy they actually seemed to enjoy working there, when I left my car for service, they were on time within estimate and they even washed our car, very impressive!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a change in repair shop that wants honesty, quality, and at a fair price, very professional to deal with, Ruth so so good at what she does, she even makes ladies feel comfortable and a place that normally scary to us.
