The registration on my father's car had expired (he passed away in 2008). For a number of reasons this was not addressed until this summer, and a temporary registration had also expired because we had not had the car inspected in the timeframe provided. I called after receiving a notice to return the plates to the registry. I looked on Angie's List for an inspection provider, and Elite was rated highly. To my point above, they received one "B" rating that almost made me hesitate, but after reading the report and the service Elite provided, I believe the person was just a very tough grader and a "B" from this person is an "A" from anyone else. The person I spoke to at Elite took time to hear the situation, made sure he understood it, and gave me step-by-step advice to get the registration back in place quickly. I am very appreciative and also impressed.

They were incredibly professional from start to finish. Saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary work that the dealer had recommended. The shop is clean and everyone I spoke with was polite, courteous and professional. As long as I'm living in this area, I will never take my car anywhere else. It is a truly rare gift to have found an auto repair shop that I believe I can completely trust.

We schedule for Tuesday, because they were busy on the Friday when we went in. We arrived at the scheduled time and they were prompt, courteous, and the repair time estimate was accurate and price was reasonable. I will definitely come back when I need repairs done and I will definitely refer this place to others. It was clean and pleasant.

My car had been rejected for instpection due to bad breaks and a problem with the AWD--estimate $800. I took it to Elite for a second opinion: they called me that morning saying that not only were the breaks bad, AWD problem, but the clutch was on its last legs--$2200 to fix. I was able to confirm that with yet another mechanic. Nope--I was ready for a new car. Elite charged me nothing for their estimate, but the thing I really liked was that they had set me up with a rental car for $30 day--and that was all that I paid. They were prompt, professional, and having an inexpensive loaner car was a real plus.

I had taken my Audi to International Motor Group in Warwick for some work. They addressed the problem that I brought it in for, and said I also needed tie rods and rear coil springs. I asked if this could wait a couple of months until the next oil change. The answer was "No" because it was a safety issue. He even said that if it was his sister, he wouldn't want her to drive the car until these problems were fixed. Because he gave me a big estimate for the work, I took the car home, got on Angie's List and called Elite for an estimate. Elite's estimate was about 30% less expensive, so I made an appointment to drop the car off in 2 days. This would give them time to order the parts. After dropping the car off, I got a call later that day from Elite letting me know that I did not need tie rods at all; that they couldn't in good conscience put them in (even though they had already ordered the parts and I had asked them to do it). The tie rods were perfectly fine! They could have easily done the job and I would have been none the wiser. I was extremely impressed with their honesty. They fixed the coil springs, which were both broken, for the price they quoted me. Not only that, but when I picked up the car, they had detailed it. It was spotless inside and out and had never looked so good. I have never had anyone do this before, and I have been to many auto service shops. An honest auto mechanic that I can trust is worth his weight in gold. I am so thrilled to have found Elite. Since my visit, my husband brought his car in and also had a positive experience. I will definitely be back and have a newfound peace of mind about any car problems that might come up. You can trust Elite.

On time and as estimated. I have been using Elite for 7 years. They are professional, honest and willing to answer any questions I have. Please note, they have moved to Post Road in Warwick.

Great overall experience, will definitely go back. I called in the evening, dropped my car off the next morning and they gave me a ride to work. The mechanic called promptly and went over his findings, gave me a (short!) list of recommended work, and provided a reasonable estimate. Had to leave the car overnight since it needed new rotors which they didn't have in-stock, but all work was done early the next afternoon, and after all was said and done the estimate was right on. The complimentary car wash was unexpected and very welcome!

I went to Elite Auto repair for a second opinion on suspension problems with my Camry. The Toyota dealership had told me I needed all new struts for $2400. Elite examined the car and found the struts in good shape only a loose bar that needed fixing. The repair cost under $100 and they also looked over the car's condition in general and suggested several, inexpensive maintenance issues. I was very pleased with service I received from Elite. In addition to saving me thousands of dollars over what the dealer quoted me, they were professional, quick, and helpful in explaining the problems with the car. I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy and skilled repair shop. I will definitely return to Elite for any future car issues and would recommend them to people.

I noticed that my car was not stopping as good as it normally did, so I stopped at Elite and had them check my brakes. They said I needed front brakes, and they made sure that was the only thing that needed to be done. They put the brakes on while I waited. It did not take long, and I was again on my way.

I was worried at first now I look forward to car repairs.

I spoke with the owner about a service interval due on my vehicle. He was much less than the MB dealer. Professional job.
