The guys who did the installation did a great job. They explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it.

A week before the installation, the company told me to perform a test on the draft myself. I later found out that other chimney sweeps consider this unprofessional. The result I got from the test gave me a false indication of the draft, causing me embarrassment with the oil company. I went to them for the liner mostly because they could do it promptly. The work was done promptly, without leaving behind any mess.

"The customer self test was to save the customer a service call.$$ He did not tell me that he had a problem with this. There are tele-marketing companies out of NY telling everyone they need a liner. It is difficult to get to everyone just to tell them they don't need a liner. Just trying to save him some money. Mike McGinn"

THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH THEIR WORK, AS I HAD SOOT COMING BACK DOWN THE CHIMNEY AND INTO MY HOUSE. THEY DID MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS CLEANED UP FROM THE FLOOR.
