The service was good. It took a long time to get them to the point of getting a brand new washer, but the service guys were good. Just be persistent in the phone calls if any issue you have with them. It took a while, but I had to have several service calls to get it replaced, but eventually the more service calls you have, the more the keys you have for getting something replaced that should have been working from the beginning.
