After waiting for weeks for a call back from my A/C service I gave up and was lucky to find County Wide thru Home Advisor. Within 4 hours of submitting my request, my A/C issues were fixed. Same day service during peak of summer, you cant beat that. Excellent service from scheduling to technician!

This is the worst outfit I have ever had the misfortune of encountering! We were charged $15,700+ to install central air, and repeatedly assured about the workmanship, customer service, etc. The install, which commenced end March 2018, is still not satisfactorily completed! We are in the month of July 2018, and even today, there is a technician here since 11am (it is 5:30pm now), replacing parts that arent even 4 months old! To date I have had to deal with numerous technicians, managers, dispatchers, none of whom seem to know what work was done, and therefore have no clue as to the fix. Each person leaves the house making assurances about getting back to me as soon as possible to remedy the problem, and no one calls back. I have to keep calling the customer care center, repeating my woes and starting from scratch. This outfit is extremely poorly run, with a high turnover. Each person is a new hire, who has no idea what the other person did and claims the other persons work was wrong. Furthermore, there no records of the work done in our house and therefore no handy notes for any technician. Utter rubbish every step of the way! We spent an enormous amount and have only had headaches! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

The original date came and they called to say they couldnât make it. They did promise to be there the next day at 9am. They spent about an hour and cleaned the drier vent and drier. Very nice people.

Following installation of an AC condenser, water was leaking into the basement space. Several calls to contractor were required to finally get a tech to site. Promised service calls were not kept on three separate occasions. Replaced condensate pump and piping which should have been inspected during repair work. Felt cost of parts and repairs exorbitant.

I like to say, County Wide Mechanical showed/demonstrated how business should be done. I tried another company from HA and they showed no customer service, stated they be here in a hour (didn't show until 8 hours later). County provided PenPoint time they Pro would arrive and great customer support. Thanks so much County Wide....

they are fast and very helpful. not only did they send a tech who did temporary repairs, but they are sending out someone to do a free estimate for the replacement of the inside ac unit. they are also willing to do payment plan which is great for people like me who don't make a lot of m0ney.

I thought the tech was very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. My problems where that when he was finished he said everything was fine. That is when I pointed out that water was leaking out of a meter. He told me that was some king of meter that shuts off the boiler if water is not feeding and would probably be replaced in the near future but that was only after I asked. I was also under the impression I would get an email of what he actually did for this $150.00 inspection. That did not happen and still do not know what I paid for. Finally when the friendly tech left I noticed when he got in his van that the American flag on his uniform was upside down. That bothered me and when I called the company about that I was told it must be the uniform companies fault, which I find highly doubtful. So as far as I know my boiler is fine but I would have liked documentation of that and what was actually done.

They show up 1.5 hrs late and half way through the project had to call other guys to help finish the project but overall nice job once they did get it done
