Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced?

a wonderful company to work with. they kept us updated on what was going to be done and when, they were on time and the work was competed on time and they are neat and clean.

Tried to sell new a/c units rather than service mine because of black mold on units.

It was expensive but the mechanic was very helpful and responsive.

Felt they were a bit expensive

I was impressed by the service, the efficiency and the courtesy.

A year ago we used them and all was wonderful, however, this year we had a water leak in the hot water tank and asked them for a quote. We have a tenant so needed this immediately. They came right out, however, charged us $1435.00 for a normal, low end hot water heater. I was told either accept it or they were leaving. I feel like they price gouged me as we were in a pickle. I asked for a breakdown of how much it cost compared to hourly wage. Never got an answer. It has been months and no answer. This company also gave a quote on a new furnace and doubled the price from a year ago. Disgusting practice and certainly not honest.

They were excellent and worked to complete the project to my satisfaction but delays occurred as their workers changed. The financing got confusing as the office reported different numbers than the salesperson resulting in a substantial difference in what I had to pay.

Experience is personal. you need to experience it yourself.

They worked with me and my financial needs by offering a great 18 month finance plan, and making time for me in their busy schedule.

The installers were great. Knowledgeable, respectful of my property, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and hire them again.

Great all around

the men on the job were great, knew their work, but they quoted me to do a job in one day for $4500.00 it took three and a half days because of permits, no more work done, but needed to keep up to code, gave me a bill for $13,000.00. Work could of been done in one day but for the delays, charging me because they did not foresee everything clearly and charging almost three times for the extra days is questionable business. In the end they completed the job they quoted to do in the first place, no more work involved, just charging almost three times as much.

They arrived on time and used their time very efficiently!
