Had issues with my first teo apts. they were hrs late until i couldn't kake the time the first time. The second apt no one showed u. Finally, the third attempt they came and work was completed quickly and for a great price. All other companies were triple the price.

All work done was good. However I feel the price was out of line. I was charged approximately $350.00 /hr. for the job. I believe this was because I did not buy the heat pump.

I have met three guys from the company so far and I have found it very easy to ask them questions. They definitely know what they're doing!

Everyone I spoke with was professional, and the technicians did great work. There was a little bit of confusion with the scheduling, where I was told I would be called to set up the work, but then I didn't hear from them when I was supposed to. But, I am happy with the work they did, and will likely use this company again in the future for similar work.

Professional. I had both a high efficiency furnace and AC installed. Both were installed within one day in the middle of winter. It was a pleasure working with all involved......Comfort Specialist, installers, and office staff.

We had a rocky start using this company with the first tech who was sent out. I expressed my concerns. Jenny at the office took good notes and made sure to express my frustrations. Dave, a veteran tech with the company, and Chris, the owner’s brother, came to the rescue to fix the issue. They are both very knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot the problems and make everything right. I am pleased with the outcome and work that was done.

I hired them to service my Furnace & AC. To start of, the price they quoted was $150 each (Total $300), which was already $100 dollars more expensive than charged by others. But I needed the service done and these guys were the first company to not let my phone go to the voice mail and actually pickup the phone. So, despite knowing they are expensive, just for that reason, I decided to hire them. The appointment was at 8 AM. No one showed up. No call, no communication that they were running late. I called in to the office. After checking with dispatcher, they said the technician was on the way. He showed up around 8:30, half an hour late. On checking the furnace, he noticed that the motor was a bit wobbly and hence there was play in the blower. He recommended the motor to be changed. I asked him for what it would cost. I also looked up the exact same part online to get an idea myself. The cost he quoted was way way expensive. $300 for $100 worth part & $390 for labor, a total of $690. Given the high amount, i asked why they were charging so much higher..$300 for a $100 worth part... That's a huge markup on the part itself; and whether there was anything they could do on the pricing. My rationale was that since he already was working on it and had the part identified, I will just have him take care of replacing it as well. But he said, that was company pricing and there was nothing he could do. So, I decided to forego the replacement and told him to put it back together. After the work was done, when I asked for the price, he said it was $150 plus the cost of filters. When I pushed back and told him that is a generic filter and the quoted price should have included it, he then went back, checked and agreed. If i had not pushed back, I would have to pay for the filter as well. Anyways, after the service was done, as expected I wanted a service tag with the date of service details on it. He did not have a service tag. I did ask for one and he said he would have someone bring it over later. To be fair, technician Derek seemed nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, he absolutely did not seem to have any empowerment from the company to make small decisions related to fair pricing, on the spot negotiations etc. again based on fair market value of parts and services. I needed the service done and obviously now it is completed. Other than that, I did not get any incentive or strong satisfaction to either hire this company again or recommend them to someone. I wish them all the very best.

The technician knew what he was doing in in less than 15 minutes we had heat. This has been seen by several different technicians who all said we needed a new heater. They fixed me up in a jiffy and was on their way. Absolutely wonderful after two years of no heat in our industrial kitchen.

I hit Red them because my furnace would not stay running. They sent a tech out who cleaned the furnace and installed a new thermostat, charging me $475. That night the furnace went off and would not come on. It was off all night. I contacted their emergency service. They can’t get here until 1pm!

Professional. I had a new oil fired furnace installed. Even with a couple of unforseen obstacles, they didn't charge extra.

Apartment furnace quit working, tenant attempted to start it (it had stopped before) but was unable to, phoned me the landlord. I contacted Country Wide through Home Advisor and Country Wide arrived on time. They initially found two components not working, had to go some place and get the items. Returned, installed the items, discovered a third item needed replacing. Left again and returned later with part. The job took a long time and none of the three components were repaired, they were simply replaced. Lesson learned, provide Country Wide Mechanical Services with make and model number of whatever is broken before they arrive.

Furnace died, called company, came over to check and got estimate, hired immediately, furnace works like a charm.

Like the fact that they let me know which pro was coming and when exactly he would be here. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about my type of house and how my plumming works. He was friendly, neat and fast. Would use again and recommend to other!

I will deal with them again. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a great job

hired this company to clean my furnace. was only at my house for 20 minutes, vacuumed my furnace. did not change filter or nozzle. charged us 196.75. then quoted us 525.00 to fix a rusted out pipe. If i could have I would have put NO STARS for each rating.
