Jimmy and installation team installed our replacement furnace and new a/c unit in 1 day near the end of February, took the time to show us the features on our new thermostat that runs our furnace and a/c and help set it up for us and helped us get online with carrier . Our dog Lucy loved all of them too, and they were careful to made sure to close the gate so she wouldn't get out of our yard (partial deaf bulldog mix).
