Very happy with work. They even sprayed the outside of the windows when they finished on the roof. They have a 2 year guarantee against repeat growth. And they offer a renewal treatment after 2 years for $80.00, which includes an additional 2 year guarantee.

Wonderfully well. The technician was on time, professional, and the roof looks great. They do not use pressure washers to clean the roof which can damage shingles.

I was a bit diffident about using somebody located so far away (by RI terms), but distance simply wasn't a factor. Charles was right on time for his appointment to spec the job out, and gave me a price right away. I thought it was a bit expensive (but being retired, I think EVERYTHING is a bit expensive), but he seemed to know what he was doing, so---you get what you pay for. When the day came, the weather was crappy, so we rescheduled the following day. Charles called early to say that he had been hung up, and would be an hour late. That was fine, and he arrived exactly an hour later. He has some proprietary cleaning and treating mixture, so he had to mix it up on the spot. He had a single assistant, who went around the house before he started to be sure that there wasn't anything that shouldn't get wet. All he needed from me was a hose and an outside electric outlet. He went on the roof, and didn't come down for over three hours. As soon as he started work, I immediately saw that no matter HOW much somebody paid me, I wouldn't have been able to do that job. Water flying everywhere, slippery 45 degree roof, fuggedaboudit. I watched him work for a while. Very systematic and thorough. I had never thought of roof cleaning as a particularly skilled job, but there was a lot of lichen, and he wanted to get it all, but not damage the shingles. The angle of the power head seemed to have something to do with it. When everything was done, his assistant swept the decks, and put everything back. You'd never know he'd been there, except I now had a clean roof that looked almost new. The only thing I would note, and this doesn't apply particularly to him, but all roof washers, is that the process uses a LOT of water, which I didn't know at first. If you're on town water, this is irrelevant, but if you have a marginal well, this might be something to discuss first. Turned out to be no problem for me. I'd never had a roof washed before, but it enormously increased the attractiveness(and value) of this house, because the shingles in some cases were 15 years old. Good thing to think of if you're considering selling in the near future-in that case it would be a bargain.

Called Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaning based on the reviews. Charles showed up on time, explained the process, and gave me the best estimate of all the companies I contacted. Gave me a 10% discount on top of it. I am more than pleased with the results. Highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Perfect. Stellar service. My roof was covered with moss, lichen and black streaks. I got estimates from $850-1250!!! Eco-friendly did it for $350 and the results could not be better. The roof looks new. Fast, friendly, clean service

He came a couple of hours later than was scheduled but did call back to let us know he was behind. He did an excellent job. The roof was quite dirty and he was thorough and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the results.

I sent them an email and the next weekday I got a call to schedule an estimate. They came out that week and described the process and how the roof is treated. We scheduled the service to be done the next week. We ran into some weather related issues that delayed us a couple of weeks. On the next good weather day they came out and did the roof. Charles was very professional.  He was the only roof cleaner I contacted that came to give an in-person estimate.  He pointed out areas on the roof and explained the work that would be done and while his price was not the lowest quote I  received, it was competitive.  No complaints about his work, he seems to have done a good job on the roof cleaning.

First of all, let me start with my conclusion. I would hire Charles and Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaning again in a heartbeat. He was professional, punctual, and excellent with all communication and setting of expectations of exactly what he would do. And his price was very competitive compared to other quotes I had received.
I was here to watch him perform the work, and was impressed with the care he took, not only in doing a superb job of cleaning my roof, and doing it safely, but also in cleaning up after himself and making sure the area around the house was just as he found it when he arrived, if not better.
In the end, after the roof dried out from the pressure wash, I could not be happier. The roof, which is 18 years old, looks new again. Thank you Charles!

Charles assessed my roof and made recommendations for dealing with the problem. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the problem and was very careful explaining everything to me. He was able to do the work a few days later. He and his associate arrived on time and got right to work. They did a great job on the roof and the grounds around the house were spotless when they were finished! Very impressive. I would absolutely refer them to anyone who needed this service and I would use them again if need be.
