Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaning

Prompt, courteous and friendly!  We started off with an estimate and description of the process.  It was also noted that payments were due once customer approved of the completed work.  We were called in approximately 2 weeks saying that our roof was scheduled for that upcoming Monday.  Beautiful job!  Our roof looks brand new again!  I would highly recommend, especially for pet owners, people who care about their plants and shrubs, and those who have children.  Thank you so much!

I met Charles at the RI Home Show.  Since my roof was streaked with mold, a cleaning was necessary.  Charles explained the process and had pictures of his work.  I was very interested in environmentally safe material and they offered that.  We set up a free estimate and had the roof cleaned days later.  My roof in now clean and I am happy that my pets and garden are safe. I would highly recommend Eco-Friendly Roof Cleaning.  They were prompt, professional and very nice to work with.

Work was excellent, very satisifed which is why I would recommend them and use them again. As they are a small company they are impacted by weather and machinery issues, which resulted in a delay in service and for when I was not home (as agreed; first schedule I was there and then got cancelled). So if you are okay to wait and possibly be rescheduled, then you will get a very high-quality service.

An estimator came by to price the job.  He also had a binder containing several before and after photos from other jobs so I could see examples of their work.  The initial estimate was $50 higher than another estimate I had received, and Charles agreed to match the lower price.  Work was performed four days after the estimator's visit.  (This was due to my schedule.  They actually were available to come out two days earlier than that).
Charles explained everything he was going to do, stressing that the cleaning materials were environmentally safe and would not damage the surrounding lawn and shrubs.  The work was completed in less than half a day and the quality of the work was fantastic.  Black streaks are completely gone.

Further, the service was provided on the same day the estimator
quoted the job, since an opening developed in their schedule.  The team was prompt,
courteous, and helpful.  Highly recommend for future needs.

Someone came over and gave me a free estimate. Not once did he make me feel obligated to make a purchase. 
The price was very reasonable, they did the job in half a day and did not leave a mess. I paid after the job was done and I could not be happier.

The work was professionally done in apprx 3 hrs by 1 person.

Emailed the company after looking up the contact info here.  Got a call the next day from a company rep, who set a time to come and give us an estimate.  He was a little late due to heavy traffic on the roadway.  He was very polite and seemed well informed.  Looked at the project and gave me an estimate of $900 but lowered it to $725 after applying a coupon and a senior citizen discount.  The crew of 2 people showed up after calling to set up a date.  They were on time.  They finished the job in about 3 hours and cleaned up well.  They said the roof will remain clean for about 3 years after treatment.

Things went very well. I am extremely pleased with the results. The roof looks amazing. The chemicals they used did not kill any grass or other plants. They were pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. The salesman also didn't pressure me into buying anything unnecessary and was extremely knowledgable.

My job took about 2 1/2 hours.  Charles was professional and thorough.  He communicated ahead of time exactly what he would do and how he would do it.  Did a thorough job of clean-up when he was done.

This company was very nice and seemed like a good one to hire, however I was confused about the big deal offer. I thought the service would be $150 but it ended up being around $600, which is too much.

I had my roof shingles and gutters cleaned.  The area to be cleaned was a porch roof and very small, (it is part of a condominium unit, but I am responsible for the porch area).  I was afraid I would not be able to get anyone to do such a small job, but Charles had no problems with taking it on.  It was in very bad condition, covered with lichen and algae.  This was removed although some damage had already been done.  Charles explained however that although the roof was pock marked, it was still serviceable.  In addition to cleaning the roof, gutters and removing the gutter guards, he also cleaned some of the siding and an additional section of the roof that was not part of the job.  He was very professional, prompt and courteous. 

Our house is surrounded by tall pine and oak trees. Consequently, portions of the roof with limited sun had moss, lichen and algae growing. A salesman from Eco-Friendly came to our house and gave us a written estimate of the work to be performed. A couple of days later, I contacted Eco-Friendly to schedule the work. The person doing the work called me about 45 minutes before he arrived to confirm the appointment time. When he arrived, he went right to work preparing the area, moving plants from the deck that might be hit by the spray, asking me to close the upstairs windows, etc. The job took him about four hours, which included cleaning out the gutters. The second-story gutters, in particular, were filled with pine needles and other debris. After finishing with the roof and gutter cleaning, he cleaned all the areas around the house affected by the cleaning -- the porch, deck, sidewalks, lawn and patio. I was completely happy with the quality of the roof cleaning, which left the roof pristine. I found the  Eco-Friendly staff to be prompt, professional and courteous.

x went great. i got one of there flyers on my door. which was very professional. i called them for a free estimate . they had there sales guy come over.he was very pleasent,he set a date that was good for me and the roof cleaning crew.they were on time, very pleasent,they did a great job.    thank god i have my house back!!!! all because of eco friendly roof cleaners. i will tell everyone dont wait do what i did  u wont be disappointed.  peace!!!!

Charles came right out, gave me price and did job the next day. I am very satisfied.

They we very professional. Salesman replied promptly and was punctual giving the free estimate. Quote was very fair. We decided to go with Eco-Friendly. They were on time for our appointment, very courteous and did an outstanding job. Never thought our roof could look new again. We are Very Very Pleased and would strongly recommend them.
