Got a quote on a price according to stated man hours required and agreed to it. Was contacted later and told informed that extra work was required. I went down and observed the needed extra work and agreed to it. Picked up the car after work was completed. There was a vibration from the exhaust pipe rubbing against the body. I was told that they couldn't do anything to remedy the situation because of the modification they had to do on the exhaust. I ended up getting under the car to fix the vibration myself. I could have been pleased with the response about the modification if I hadn't paid so much for labor charges. Their labor charges seem to be almost double many other repair shops, but I decided on Hassell's because it is so close to my home and I could walk to drop it off and pick it up. I'll try a different shop next time there's a repair I can't do myself.

Excellent work. Completed on time and with no problems. Service is always top notch. Listen to customer and are responsive to issues you have with your car. Extremely trustworthy when giving an evaluation and a quote.

Hassell's Garage is very good. They're friendly and prompt. They give you prices ahead of time. They back up their work. If you have a problem and you drive in, they don't say, "Go away." They're really on the money and they're nice people. It's a family run business. You said, "You can wait a little while or go get some lunch and come back. We'll fix it." So, I went to lunch and came back. They had it done in like five or ten minutes. They do everything. We only paid for the plug. There was no charge for the labor. If you have a big bill, they let you pay so much a month on it. I don't do it to everybody, but they let me do it. I have my kids and my boyfriend start using them.
