The company sent me two people from out of state and were suppose to be here in the morning and did not show up till after 2:30pm that afternoon. I had to call them to find out when they would get here. I was told at 1:00pm. When they got here they were in a hurry to go back home and did a terrible job. I had another company that used to do my wood stove and chimney cleaning and did a great job but are no longer in the business of doing chimney cleaning. They did not cleanup much. I had to finish their mess and I had to tell them to clean the pipe from the stove to chimney and they didn't even look at my wood stove. I would not recommend this company. And will not use them again. Very disappointed.

Both of the employees that were sent to your home live and work in Connecticut. In addition we do not discriminate against anyone who seeks work in our company and might live out of state. Late, dirty and not what I was expecting.

"Please contact our office to explain what was dirty . We would like to resolve the issue. If its our techs that might have had soot on their face that sometimes can't be avoided since they are cleaning all day. Any dirt in your home we can correct. Thank you for your feed back"

The on-site team was very efficient and pleasant to deal with and they explained what needed to be done very clearly. They identified a problem in the heating system flue and installed a stainless steel liner to alleviate this. The price seemed rather high for a 2-3 hour job, possibly due to the cost of the stainless steel pipe, but it was good to get the problem taken care of quickly. Indoor and outdoor clean up could have been more thorough. Overall, we would certainly be happy to work with them again if the need arises.

Shamrock was took pictures of my existing chimney and chase cover and fully explained what we needed to stop precipitation and air from getting in. After we decided to go with them, they came out the next day to perform the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done with their chimney.

I signed up with Home Advisor on 1/1/2018, which was a holiday. The next day I received a phone call from Shamrock C & C regarding my need to have my chimney cleaned. The gentleman from Shamrock & I discussed my needs & the type of chimney/flue I had in great detail. He set up an appointment for my chimney cleaning for the very NEXT day. I was so surprised since this time of the year is very busy for chimney sweepers. The technicians who arrived the next morning ( Joe & Anthony ) were very polite & thorough. Joe is VERY knowledgeable, did a full inspection & explained things to me a long the way. He was very polite, courteous & honest. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Shamrock C & C
