Mike Aughney is very responsive and is willing to walk you through all of the little details that come back on a mold test report. Ron is their lead technician who has completed all of our necessary work flawlessly. We started with a single unit fogging treatment and now that has blossomed into a long lasting relationship. I wouldn't go to anyone else for any treatments. Highly recommended.

They did mold remediation. They did a really good job, if there was a problem they were going to come back and fixed it for me because I have 1 year warranty with them.

There are so many mold remediation companies out there, but NO ONE IS AS GOOD as Mold One! Mike and Ron are compassionate, flexible, and willing to explain everything! They were there for me 100%, every single step of the way, during the most horrific time of my life. My prior mold remediation company had been negligent, leaving me exposed to toxic black mold on a daily basis, and Mold One took care of all of it--with no mess or dangerous dust. Mike was LITERALLY a life-saver. There are so many mold remediation companies charging 10 times as much, and doing a far worse job. It is very difficult to find a company you can fully trust to put your interests first (so many say they do, but when it comes down to it they overcharge or cut corners, leaving you in danger!). I hope Mold One becomes the partner of choice for all the major insurance companies, because they are BY FAR MORE COST EFFECTIVE and thorough than any other company I've found.

They responded quickly to my inquiry and were very informative. They were able to address my mold problem within a week. I chose Mold One because they only needed a half day to address my problem and they did not need to tear out walls and other affected items. Our basement/workshop was full of stuff which we did not have to remove. When finished the moldy odor was absent from the basement. Their price was considerably lower than that of conventional remediators. Their warranty is for one year and I am hoping the process holds up as promised.
