I?m deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. While I believe in giving people second chances, I was not informed that the company employed individuals with felony records before allowing them into my home. I also did not have the opportunity to secure my valuables as they did not provide a heads up to their arrival and only called once at my residence. After their visit, I discovered that a ring valued at $21,000 was missing from the area that the two men were working. I immediately reported the incident to Jason, but the response has been evasive and unhelpful. The East Providence Police Department concluded after interviews withe the two individuals in my home (who were both convicted felons), that one was indeed responsible for taking the ring. To date, the item has not been recovered, and I?ve received no compensation or meaningful follow-up from Jason. Save yourself the headache and hire another more reputable company.
