Response from The Piano Practice
I'm sorry you felt the need to review my work so harshly. My recollection of this appointment is the following: Price: this was an Angie's List Special Price Deal. You received a 30% discount off my regular price. Quality: your spinet hadn't been tuned in years and I tuned it to the best of my ability. When I left, you were pleased with the results. More importantly, you told me you were keen to get rid of the piano. Responsiveness: you were emailed with details about scheduling an appointment soon after you purchased the Special Deal voucher. Punctuality: I was spot on time which I am for the vast majority of all my appointments. The confirmation-reminder email also clearly mentions the possibility I could be up to 30-minutes late when coming from a previous appointment. Professionalism: I'm not sure what to say other than I am always courteous and professional with all my clients, even those who are close friends and I have known for years. I am confused by the contradiction in the grading and in the comments. You indicate I did the work I was hired and paid to do and that you even hire me again. I would add that this review is far off the mark for the reality of the appointment. I thought the appointment had gone as well as could be expected for the condition of the piano.
