I don't know anything about electrical components but their responsivness to what I need for my rental unit's fire code, security and convenience as well for the fact that everything they've install has been working as it's supposed to with out any glitches assures me that they're worth 5 stars. They've worked with my crazy schedule. They've worked with my limitted budget. And they've given sound, cost effective advice.
