Description of Work: We just had body work done on our car. What a fabulous job! Anthony was courteous and knowledgeable. Plus he was patient with any questions we had. This is the place to go!

Description of Work: Post Rd. Service Center has serviced my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee for many years. It needed new tires, shocks, and had a loud noise in the rear differential. They installed new tires and shocks, did a front-end alignment and replaced my rear differential with a used one.

Description of Work: Post Rd service did a great job on my truck that needed extensive repairs as well as state inspection. They got me a good deal on tires and said there was nothing wrong with the front end even though I told them I thought there was. They gave me a new inspection sticker and the truck is running as good today as when I got it back...Anthony, the manager there is very nice and professional and I recommend them highly..

Description of Work: They performed an oil change, vehicle inspection, and fixed damage underneath the car from driving through flooded streets.

Description of Work: I have about 1.5 million miles driving experience, have driven well over 200 cars, personally took apart and reassembled many of about 18 of my own cars and have had nearly every service performed for me including body work and engine and transmission rebuilds; and watched my mechanic uncle (retired) operate for 14 years. And I was an auto parts delivery driver. So I am familiar with car repairs and companies in my state and region. I had a person who didn't seem credible tell me (about two or three years ago) this new service station (Post Road Serv.) down the block from me wasn't trustworthy because they were owned by another company she supposedly had a problem with. I had to try this company because it was so close, and they were not a problem like she described. They were more like perfect. Right off the bat the manager was helpful and knowledgeable. He listens to your information, and asks questions. He is somehow able to get you quick appointments even though they always seem busy (hint...). The mechanics are all experienced, not young newbies, and friendly, and they can fix both new and old cars. They are fast and on time, flexible and understanding of your time constraints or personal restrictions. They put in extra effort to try and fix small things along the way, and they don't trash your car. They can work the regional supplier system to get your car fixed as best as possible. They don't try to inflate the sale, but they do the important work if it's needed. (If there's a significant cost they call). The car goes fast when you get it back! All the parts in the right place. They fixed a strut on my wife's rare modern car that suddenly broke in the cold, pronto. The found the real problem I had on my old truck, not what I told them and saved me from dying (u-joints), they fixed a nagging problem (corroded rim) I couldn't figure out, they adjusted the timing on an older spare truck engine (no charge) I wasn't familiar with and it ran better, they quickly diagnosed correctly that I had a vacuum problem when I switched a generic carb for a specialized one (unknown to them). The $39 was for an inspection. I can be confusing because I have a lot of related experience, but I'm an old father with young children so I'm often harried, but it doesn't throw them.
