My wife and I had a very good experience buying a new car at Saccucci Honda. I am a member of Consumer Reports so I used their online car buying guide. Saccucci was the number 2 on the list (comparing price only, same car). Because they are the closest to us we went there first.
The internet link representative assigned a sales person to us (through the Sales Mgr). We told her what car we wanted. She brought us on a test drive so that we could get a feel for the car.
Because we both liked the car we asked for a price on the model we had in mind.
The dealership didn't play any games, they came back with a price that was even better than the internet quote.
We both want to thank the sales woman, Audrey Stafford, for a pleasant car buying experience. We all know that buying a car can be like going to the dentist!

This was my third time using this provider on a vehicle that is 10 years old and purchased out of the area. On all of my visits, staff have been extremely friendly and courteous; appointments have been made in timely fashion and work done promptly.

I use Saccuci Honda for time to time. Great Service and Professionalism. They offer a courtesy shuttle to the immediate area and loaner cars for larger repair jobs. They are pricer than local shops but they do honor other honda dealership coupons. I would use them again.

After making an appointment I still had to wait 2 plus hours for my oil change. The staff is friendly however I feel like I am trying to be sold something everytime I go in. The building is clean and its a comfortable wait but its ridiculous to make an appointment and have to wait that long.

Saccucci service dept always offers excellent service. Their mechanics are always first rate. The cost of the excellent service is reflected in their labor rate and parts cost. The 10% service coupon brought the cost to within $100 more than a competing garage. I felt the quality of work and genuine Honda parts was worth the extra cost. A 20% or more cost may have swayed me to another garage I have used.
Saccucci new car sales are consistantly more expensive than other dealers within 40 miles. I always wish I could buy from them, but the last car I purchased cost $1200 less at another dealer.

They are a dealership. I spent $1200 on that work. I trust them because I know the original owner. I know the integrity of the people that run it and they are very honest and if something needed to be done, they would tell me the truth. I was going to have some brake work done, but he called back and said that they made a mistake and it was a different kind of brakes that they thought I had. They said that I did not need to have brake work done. They really explain everything to me that they do to the car and I find that their prices are very good. I have a lot of trust in them. I would tell other members that they are trustworthy, they do good work and they have master technicians there. They are also very professional and punctual.

They kept to the estimate and notified me when there were some changes. They completed the work in a timely fashion. They provided a courtesy shuttle even though I work over 10 miles from their facility. Their work seems satisfactory and their customer service is very good.

I go there because I find them trustworthy and professional and it is woman owned and operated. The customer service there is exceptional and I think I get better service than if it was ran by a man. I think they are really great.
