I was told when to expect the packers, which was 1 day before the move. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and very professional. I was informed when they found something broken in my kitchen and asked if I wanted to pack it or throw it out. They were quite good. The next day, the moving team arrived, again right on time. They began organizing and getting things into the truck. I had some things going next door and some things going to storage. Once again, everyone was polite, courteous, willing to take direction, and we're so careful with my antiques and fine furniture. They were finished around 6:30 pm on a Friday night and I never heard 1 complaint. They were the greatest. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will tell my friends as well.
They showed up on time and evaluated the move and realized that they needed an larger truck. In the essence of time they left two men to start the packing and wrapping process. I was very impressed with the effort and the efficiency of their wrapping since we had a lot of glass furniture that was expensive. Josh and Steve worked to get everything ready for the truck.amd they packed it close to the door. Once the truck returned they spend little time talking and a lot of time moving all four room including two sewing machines. The offload at the new house was nothing less than perfect and coordinated everything was placed where my wife wanted. I would definitely use this company again without hesitations.
