Ron's Masonry and Concrete Work

The job was unsatisfactory and we were not contacted again. I have never written a bad review before, but this was awful and I couldn't let it go.

They were very responsive and they came out right away. They seemed nice but the quote was high.

Ron came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing the pavers that had been used to form the surface of the back steps. Since the brick base was still in good condition he proposed leaving the brick in place, removing the crumbling pavers, and pouring new concrete tops. He also gave me an estimate on rebuilding our front steps which had settled, causing water to rot the wood around the stairs. At first I though his estimate was high $550 for the back steps and $950 for the front. But after contacting other contractors I discovered repairing steps is more expensive than I thought. Ron showed up to work on the steps when he said he would--he even built the forms in the rain so he could pour them on the next dry day. He was great about explaining what he was doing and letting me know when he would complete each step. My husband and I are very happy with the way the steps came out and look forward to working with Ron again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I was very impressed, the pricing was very reasonable and they were incredibly creative.
