High Wire Technology Solutions offers on-site Technical Service, Support, and Training throughout Southern New England and is primarily focused on Residential and Small Business customers. Services are typically billed by the hour but we will consider project-based pricing as well if that is preferable to the customer.

We offer Hardware Services, including but not limited to PC Setup and Installation, Hard Drive Replacements (including data migration), Memory / PC Upgrades, Assistance with Internet Service Setup, Wired / Wireless Network setup, etc. We also offer Software Support Services, including Virus Removal, Installation / Upgrade of Windows operating system, Software Installation / Upgrades, assistance with setup of Anti-Virus, Firewall, and Data Backup schemes as well as general PC troubleshooting.
Services we don't offer
We do not currently service Macintosh computers.
