From Mr. Joe Wallace right down thru all the tech's, my job could not have gone better. All were complete professionals, very knowledgeable, neat and clean, and worked as though they were working on their own home.

Excellent response, superior service and quality. Joe was great - got our quote out to us in 2 days, the install went well, they did a great job of cleaning up and we love our new Lennox unit! Love that they offered us more than 1 option on the new unit! They even took some stones that we had under our old A/C outside platform and since they were no longer needed, placed them nicely around the new platform - it looked like it was professionally landscaped :) Terri in the office was sooooo nice to work with as she and Joe answered all our questions and Terri even told us about and helped us with processing a rebate from our electric provider!! We will use them again and will refer them to others. Friends referred them to us and when we checked them out they had great reviews!! We were not home for the install and felt completely at ease with them in our home - they are that nice!!! It's easy to see why they have been around for over 50 years - a really great company!!

They provided a competitive price from the outset, straight-forward warranty information, and good scheduling. Came out, got the unit installed successfully no problems. They are a locally (nearby) owned business that has been around for decades, and has always been dependable and fairly priced.

They are a very honest, family run business. They are very accommodating. If everyone was like Joe Wallace and his employees the contractor world would be much better. They are good people. I recommend highly them.
