We had a valve go bad in our Tempstar furnace. Of course this happened on a late Friday afternoon. I called Harold Zeigler and they were closed but I did contact them via their emergency line. They came out on a Friday evening and diagnosed the problem. First thing on Saturday they were out fixing the problem and we finally had heat in the house. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic visit. Todd Zeigler himself came out on Saturday and fixed our furnace. They were professional, courteous and they really seemed like good guys to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has Tempstar equipment, especially Ryan homes (who uses Tempstar almost exclusively).
