Description of Work: A representative came to our house on October 22 to give us an estimate for replacing our oil furnace,removing baseboard heaters, and installing a hot water heater. He was on time and polite as my husband showed him around. We explained that we were anxious to get the work done as cold weather was approaching and he said he would get back to us quickly. This was on a Thursday and when we hadn't heard from him by the following Wed. I called the office. They gave me his voicemail and I left him a message. It is now Dec and we have never had a return call.

Description of Work: Installed a complete Heating and A/C system. We are very satisfied with the work. Removed all the old equipment and duct work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. |

Description of Work: I was being proactive and had a new furnace installed since my old one was still working, but going on 24 years old. I was also having the furnace moved to a different spot to open up some space. I went with Strine mainly because of the high ratings. The sales guy was low pressure. The installers were professional and left the place clean. Besides having the unit placed in a new place, I had a humidifier installed and the condenser replaced and a new register placed in the finished basement. In all, the price was just under $4000, (Lennox Unit: 70,000 BTU's and 93% efficiency) which I felt was reasonable considering the unit was moved, there was some extra duct work added, and I had additional features (like the humidifier). I would certainly use these guys again for my heating and cooling needs.
