The man I talked to, who came to look over the job, Jeff, was away on vacation and a man that works for him (whose name I have forgotten) came to do the job. He was very professional and punctual and answered my questions. Jeff came back in a couple days to make sure the system was running correctly and removed a monnitor that was put on to check the system. The start to finish story can be read above.
