In and out one and a half days. Have used them in the past for service. Very professional and relyable.

The 2014 winter has been brutally cold in our area, we were below zero plus severe winds on several occasions.  The southern area of Pennsylvania has not had such severe winters in many years, and the heating system in our house was not up to the challenge. Specifically, our upstairs climate system, which is in the attic, stopped operating one sub-zero night.  Provider had repairman (Nathan)  at our home the next day.  He ascertained that one of the water lines had frozen, especially in the 90 degree area of the run-off.  He heat taped that area and all was warm again.  A week later, same problem again.  Nathan came back next day, this time he heat taped the entire line > our heat has worked fine since.  The fact that it took two visits to fix the frozen pipe problem is reflected in the B rating for quality.  Given the severe situation, however, still has me  giving an A for the overall rating.  I will definitely use the providers services again.
