He was great and I would definitely hire him again in the future.

Mr. Sipe and his employee were professional, and prompt. They were neat, trimmed the grass around the driveway, cleaned it off, and filled cracks. They brush on the coating, not just spray it. We are very pleased. They did a great job and they were very reasonably priced.

I am submitting this review even though Sipe's haven't performed the work yet. I called and received a pleasant female voice to receive an estimate. I got a call a few days later from Mr. Sipe with the price. I didn't have to be present for his estimate. I met and talked with him about his work and the method he uses.I made an appointment but had to cancel as I am getting other work done and couldn't have the driveway tied up until it was completed. Mr. Sipe said to just call when I am ready and the price will remain the same. He is very personable and friendly. I see his sign on many driveways and have talked with people who are pleased with his work. I look forward to my new coating in the next month.

Was promptly scheduled and was accomplished rapidly and on schedule. Good cleanup. A latex sealer with hardening additive was used. The crew was Scott Sipe and one helper. Seal coating was through use of a large driveway squeegee with final touch-up by brush. No spraying involved.

They arrived and went right to work spreading the asphault. I had a hole in my driveway that the first application couldn't take care of.. Mr. Sipe came back to fill it in after it dropped again, at no charge.

they cleaned the driveway and edged the grass before they started. Once it was dry enough they applied the seal coat with a brush instead of spraying it on. Once they were finished they cleaned up and taped off the driveway.

Excellent service for the price. Product seems good and looks good. No problems to report. Scott Sipe was very friendly and offered the best price compared to three other companies I contacted.

Prompt response after I left a message requesting an estimate. Arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. Very well done: uniform application of the sealer and no mess or splash on garage doors or sidewalks.

They came over and gave me a bid and they came when they were supposed to and they did an excellent job, the owner of the company still continues to do the work and he does an excellent job.
