I've reviewed this provider before, but I've had her come several times since and I just wanted to follow up to say she is still amazing. She cleans things I never even thought she'd notice. She has very high standards of cleanliness. It can be hard to get on her schedule, but that's for good reason - she is the best around.

I've used the No More Worries Cleaning service for a few years now.  Simply stated, they are like no other service out there.  Their attention to detail, responsiveness, schedule flexibility, and care / consideration for my property is unmatched.  Highly recommended.

Melissa is wonderful and a pleasure to do business with.  She's an extremely hard worker and leaves no stone, or spot of dirt, unturned.  She is by far the most thorough house cleaner we have had and pays special attention to tough areas like bathrooms and kitchen.  She also brings her own cleaning products; the only thing we supply is the vacuum cleaner.  Melissa is pleasant, punctual and easy to talk with.  She's very comfortable and at ease in our home (but keeps her focus on her work).  It's also wonderful that she's a dog lover and owner which means no worries with our dog in the house while she cleans.  They get along great!   Melissa is not inexpensive, so cost-conscious consumers may think twice.  But know that you will get incredible value for your dollar.  Melissa earns every penny.  Go with No More Worries, you won't be disappointed.

Melissa Ramsey is the owner and she is the one who came out and cleaned.  I needed everything cleaned to get the house ready to sell.  She cleaned everything!  She did an amazing job!  She is very thorough and detailed.  I got compliments from everyone who saw it!

For my birthday, my parents gave us money to have the house cleaned. My husband and I both work and we have a 16 month old son, so while we can generally keep up with tidying the place, time to do a good cleaning on the fans, corners, and baseboards is hard to come by. We aren't in a position to hire someone on a regular basis, but once or twice a year it is really nice to have a good, thorough cleaning done.
I contacted Melissa in late November after reading several stellar reviews here. She came to our house to look around and give us an estimate. She wasn't able to schedule us until late January, and after I saw my house post-cleaning I understood why (aside from the holidays when everyone's schedule is pretty full). It was absolutely sparkling. I had seen the word "meticulous" in someone's review and was skeptical, but that is the right word. She cleaned every nitpicky thing I could think of, as well as things I didn't think of and things I never expected. She even cleaned our toaster oven! And I didn't have to go around the house putting things back in their place, she had done a great job with that. This woman has a gift.
She was friendly, punctual, and extremely hardworking. She cleaned for close to 10 hours. I will absolutely call her again in 6 months or so to do another cleaning like this.

You get what you pay for....she is fabulous. I quickly realized this upon owning another property. I went through three cleaning services. I trust her personally and professionally. The house is cleaned how I would clean it. She is detail oriented and thorough! You will make no mistake hiring her for your services.

It went VERY well.  Melissa is easy to work with, friendly, accommodating, professional and thorough.

They are excellent.  They are the best there is. I would recommend their services without hesitation.  I found them through Angie’s List.  She cleans like a crazy person when she is here.  

Melissa's first cleaning took ALL day and she never stopped. She cleaned things I forgot needed cleaning! It's like having a Spring Cleaning every 2 weeks. If she wasn't such a sweet and kind woman, her cleaning standards could be intimidating. Definitely an excellent choice

Melissa was very meticulous in cleaning our kitchen. She cleaned every inch of the refridgerator and stove top, scrubbed the insides of cupboards, and wiped down every surface in the kitchen. She was just as thorough with the powder room. For the hardwood and tile floors, she vacuumed and mopped them--along with the baseboards. She is not the fastest cleaner, but she is excellent and very detail oriented. If you're looking for a quick and superficial cleaner, she's probably not for you. For deep cleaning, however, she is great.
