I had a poor experience with my insurance company and received very little money to repair the aluminum siding and parts of the roof that were damaged during hurricane sandy. I left a message requesting an estimate with New Tech and Alyce called back right away. Erik came out for the estimate later that afternoon. The estimate met my budget, so we scheduled the repairs for that following Saturday. Unfortunately, we had unexpected snow that weekend. To my surprise, Erik showed up and installed the new aluminum siding in the snow! My home was not an easy fix, as the siding had been discontinued, so they had to match it the best they could. Erik made sure I approved of the materials before starting the repairs. They also repaired a separate leak that I had found during a recent rainstorm. So far I have had no more leaks in the roof and the siding looks pretty good considering it wasn't an exact match to the original.
Alyce and Erik made sure that I was always aware of what was going on every step of the way. They were honest and professional and I have already recommended them to a neighbor who was having trouble finding a contractor to fix their aluminum siding. I would definitely use them again.

He did a great job. I have had other people to give me estimates for other jobs on my house and everyone has asked me who did the siding because it was done very well. You aren't able to see the seams and the trim work is done excellently. It's just done very well. He arrived when he said he would and worked until the job was done. I would absolutely use him again.

Erik, the owner, gave me an estimate and a date to begin and complete the work. He and his crew arrived on time worked swiftly, completed the work ahead of time, and cleaned up everything as if they hadn't been there. The work was impeccable.
