"I am sincerely sorry that your experience included what we both agreed is purposely concealed & hidden damage, and wish you the best of luck as you seek recourse."
Vince is extremely thorough in his evaluations. Our most recent inspection was on a renovated farmhouse that dated back to 1790. Given the numerous renovations and complexity of the home, Vince applied even more time and care to his already comprehensive approach.
Vince works meticulously to identify current and potential areas of concern for buyers. During inspection, he is also eager to share his observations with buyers and educate them on the reasons for his concerns and provide suggestions for remediation.
Vince is always prompt and courteous. He provides his reports in a very timely manner as well.
Consider yourself extremely fortunate to avail yourself of Vince's services. His passion for his work and expertise in his field are truly exceptional.
