When I contacted Stephanie about selling my home she came prepared to discuss the process, the costs and comps of houses that sold in my area. My house was listed right before Stephanie left on vacation and it sold in four days. Stephanie was in touch with me through the whole process sending the necessary documents electronically and helping with the negotiations. I found Stephanie to be a very knowledgeable agent who cares about helping you through the process. She was available to answer questions and concerns and if I left a message she would get back to me right away.
Stephanie proved to be a strong negotiator and problem solver for both of my transactions right up to the day of settlement. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Stephanie and Everyhome. Packing and moving is stressful enough, but with Stephanie I had no worries about getting everything done. She even helped me search for movers! And at the end she gave me copies of all the documents for my files neatly organized in folders.
Oh, did I mention that while Stephanie was on vacation we found a house we loved and we bought it (on day 5)? Stephanie's co-worker showed us the property and then Stephanie took it from there. By the time she returned I had sold a house and bought a new house. 
I work for a large corporation and I would say that Stephanie ticks all the boxes that are important for success: timely, problem solving (thinks outside the box), organization, communication, and professionalism.  Stephanie is focused on you the client and she works hard from start to finish.
