There were some problems with the system. They had to come back a couple times to fix things up. They ended up fixing things, but it was still frustrating. Things didn't work right as they were installed.

Sales person [Mike] responded to my inquiry immediately. I had four quotes & his was right in the middle. His quote was presented professionally and in a timly fashion. After some research I elected to have Cooper do the job. The two installers [Chris & Brad] were on time all three days...mannerly...highly skilled...very neat & clean...and put in a full days work, each day. The install was to take three days & that is exactly how long it took! I couldn't be more pleased. Stanley W. Cooper is a first class company...I'd recommend them to anyone.

After signing up for their annual servicing for our oil heater, they've come twice to "fix" a problem that's still a problem. When our heater went out, the "emergency service" didn't respond to our phone calls for over 2 hours, then didn't call back until 12 hours later the next morning! One supervisor told us it was plenty warm outside and why were we in such a fuss about having our heater running! Poor worksmanship, terrible service, zero customer support. What a disappointment. Horribly! What a nightmare. Zero customer service. ZERO.

We have had a fine experience with Stanley W. Cooper Heating and Air Conditioning from the first phone call (Michael McCaul) to the actual installation of our new system. Michael responded quickly to our inquiry, offered to come out to give us an estimate, and gave us a range of options to choose from without a hard sell. He was responsive, informative, professional and low key but engaged. We chose Stanley W. Cooper because of their professionalism, knowledge and follow through on every step leading to job completion. Their prices were about the middle of the range of prices in the other 2 estimates we received. Best yet, everything Michael and Mark (the job supervisor) told us was consistent with Consumer Reports' writeup about heating/air conditioning systems. This was important to us. We recommend this company without reservation.

They are always very professional and do a great job. They do what they say they are going to do and I will use them again.

They responded promptly and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. The plumber was polite, congenial, and helpful. The price seemed reasonable, since he was with us for almost two hours.

Service was fast. Repair person was pleasant, gave suggestions on saving money. Repairs were quick and continue to work well. Price was reasonable.

WORK WAS DONE DURING BUSY SUMMER SEASON YET COOPER MANAGED TO SEND A CREW OUT IN UNDER A WEEK TO DO THE REPLACEMENT AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. THE SALESPERSON, SERVICE MANAGER AND FIELD WORKERS ALL MADE THIS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WORKERS WERE CAREFUL TO KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN, LAYING DOWN DROP-CLOTHS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE DUCTWORK CONNECTION BETWEEN EXISTING DUCTING AND NEW UNIT WAS TOP NOTCH. ALL SHEET METAL - NO TAPE OR DUCT-BOARD. THEY EVEN TOOK SPECIAL CARE TO SHOW ME HOW THEY MADE IT EASIER TO REMOVE THE AIR FILTER SINCE THE FACTORY SYSTEM WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CREW.

THIS COMPANY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED OUR A/C UNIT A FEW YEARS BACK. THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM EASILY.
