"It is our company policy and always will be to satisfy our customer’s %100. I am aware of the issues and will be resolved. However, the customer waited 6 months to contact our company that there were any issues what so ever. To provide a little background the repair work took place in an enclosed porch; prior to this repair work taking place repairs to the roof were suppose to have been done by another contractor. The customer sent pictures of the areas and they are consistent with water penetration. That being said the painting and patching is not a workmanship issue on our end. I am willing to remove the paint from the screen and/or replace the screen and removed the drips from the flagstone. Also, the comment on the $60 for paint that also included caulk and compound."

Reality is they would have not gotton our list done and they charge $65 dollars exra an hour which is far from competitive for a handyman service. Do yourself a favor a stay far away from this company. They had they opportunity this morning to make things right and just get the work done. They did not.
Please process my refund so I can forget about this nightmare.

He was ready to go at the start time of my appointment. He took a look at the various things that needed repair, assessed if we had the proper materials ready so that he could complete the job. He installed three interior replacement doors and all hardware.
He also re-attached an interior staircase wrought iron and wood bannister railing. He worked quickly but professionally and got a lot done in the three hours I selected to hire him for.
