We contacted Duane Harris, the business owner to find out what an upgrade would involve.  He was able to give us a few options as well as what to expect in the future with upgrades in the always changing world of technology. He was able to purchase our computers and software in a timely matter.  He also came to the office to install all of the new equipment and teach us how to use it.  The service he provided was well above what we expected plus we are also able to call HNet Solutions whenever we have an issue or question and they are very prompt in there response and solutions.
