I wasn't sure what kind of TV I wanted with what features. The saleswoman was very patient and informative, explaining the different types of features while I described what I was looking for even though it was getting close to closing time. She didn't try to push me to decide or finish and didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I got a great deal on the TV, cables, and installation, doing better than amazon or other stores. The installation was scheduled quickly. The installation team hooked everything up quickly and were there on time. Couldn't be happier with the TV or the service.
