THE JOB TOOK 10 DAYS LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD. THE REPLACED PARTS CRASHED 8 MONTHS AFTER BEING REPLACED.

GATEWAY NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE TIMELY REPAIRS. TWO WEEKS IS TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR REPAIRS. I ASKED IF THEY COULD SPEED UP THE PROCESS FOR REPAIR AND THE ANSWER WAS THAT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST.
