"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Your address is outside our area of service. While you should have been told this on the phone and I apologize this wasn't done, that is why we were unable to service you. Hope this clears up any confusion. -Justin CD Kaller Inc."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We apologize for not responding to your emails back in August. Your unanswered emails were not intentional. Over the past few months we have been upgrading our systems. Unfortunately, while we were in the process of migrating our emails some messages were lost in limbo. We understand and we share in your frustration. You have been a valued customer of ours Since 1998. We enjoyed working with you on your last roofing project and also a few other smaller projects you hired us to do. We are very disappointed that this opportunity slipped by us and hope that you will keep us in mind on your next project. Please feel free to call us also. 215-659-3000. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving, Tricia Buchanan Office Manager"
Called for appointment, called a second time and owner showed up. Quoted work in detail. Workers showed up after agreement of proposal. Work was completed within a few hours or so I thought. After reviewing the work to be performed and physically looking at the chimney, it was obvious that it was incomplete. Called CD Kaller and explained that work was not completed. They told me that someone would be out the next day. The next day came and went without anyone showing up. I called again and was rescheduled. Someone from CD Kaller eventually showed up later than the time scheduled. I reviewed the work with the foreman and after much back and forth he decided to call "the boss". Later he told me that he would complete the work as outlined in the proposal and make it look good.
