Description of Work: He worked on my dryer and washing machine, It was overflowing it's because of the fabric softeners. He replaced the screens and put a new one and gave some good advice.

+ -1 moreI always rely on him to fix my appliances because he always comes on time. He is a very lovely gentleman and I am so very happy that I can rely on him to arrive when he says he is. He most recently had to replace the starter on my dryer and had the starter right on his truck. I had called him on a Sunday and requested his earliest convenience and he showed up promptly the very next morning. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, honest and I would highly recommend him to others. I was also very pleasantly surprised when he called me back on the weekend to let me know he would be out the very next morning.

Description of Work: the felt gasket in my whirlpool duet dryer was torn in half, was loose in dryer and tangled with dry clothes. he removed the half that was torn away (so there is now one half the width of the gasket remaining in place in the drum) as there was no way to repair or replace just the gasket. he said I should see how long the laundry loads were taking to dry, and if it took longer than usual I should consider getting a new dryer because it would be a $300+ repair (a whole new drum). the dryer is now working the same as it was before it needed repair. this works for me. I have used Burke Appliance Repair for about 20 years for all of my appliances, and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the repairs and promptness. he is always pleasant to work with.
