the entire transaction was smooth and professional. The amount proposed by Angie's List was accepted even though my window was a little larger than the agreed on size. The window was measured and I was given an estimate of when they would be back to install the new window. They were very prompt; the installers were professional, polite and swift. The new window looks fine and the installation appears like new.
I would strongly recommend this company for any window repair, replacement and installation.

Our tech team had 3 visits to work on your project, and they spend extra hours to complete your project. In your invoice we broke down all extras. As you can see in your invoice, we only charged you for materials and 2 hours extra hours of labor. Work was approved by you personally, otherwise our team would not leave until you are satisfied. I was unaware that you could replace double-pane glass in windows that were fogged up. I thought I would have to get all new windows, especially since they wouldn't stay open and I had to use a hunk of wood to keep the window up. I hated these windows. HATED THEM. Every time I looked at the gross, moldy glass and had to open one and prop it open with wood, I would curse them. Ardmore came out and now I love them! Clean glass and windows that stay up! All for much less than new windows. Yay!
Sales and work crew were very polite and professional. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and got the job done. You couldn't ask for anything more. I will use them again for other window repairs and would recommend them to anyone.
