"Thank you so much for your very kind words about our company. PLD Associates normally services commercial and institutional accounts but after the devastating flooding last fall we put as much of our commercial work on the back burner in order to help those affected. I lost my own home to flooding 40 years ago and understand what so many of our friends and neighbors were facing. We were only able to take care of about 30 homes in those few weeks after the water receded but we were very happy to have helped where we could. We strive to be a fair and responsible organization and seeing someone who I am sure is still recovering from such a loss take the time to remember us and write this review is very heartfelt to us.
