After my 81 year old mother’s house flooded during a storm this summer, she hired a plumbing contractor to greatly expand, enhance, and partially replace the ground water drainage system in her yard. After so much digging, it would have been impossible to just throw down some grass seed and have things return to normal. She hired Cullen Green/Green Landscaping to regrade, remove rocks, add top soil, and replant the lawn in the areas where she’d had work done. The quote was very fair. Cullen and his team started within just a few days. Their work was quick and thorough, and they were great about communicating their progress from start to finish. Personally, I really appreciated the kindness and patience they showed my mom by carefully explaining everything they were doing as well as teaching her exactly how to care for the freshly planted grass after they finished. She’s hired contractors before, and unfortunately not all have been this kind or professional. I’m happy to say that the grass has grown in amazingly well in just a short amount of time. The yard looks great, and we couldn’t be happier. We would absolutely hire Green Landscaping again in the future.

Green Landscaping has been doing landscaping work for us over the last several years. This year we needed a new retaining wall, patio pavers and additional landscape work, a major project. Cullen is extremely knowledgeable and provided several options for the required work. I cannot say enough about the talented group of men Cullen has working with him. They were very professional from start to finish and answered all of our questions thoroughly throughout the project which lasted nearly 4 weeks (exactly the original estimate). The topography of our property added to the difficulty of this project and these guys know what they’re doing. In summary, I highly recommend Green Landscaping, without hesitation!

Cullen was very responsive to initial inquiry and was able to come out to review job and provide a quote/timing in just a couple days. When providing the quote Cullen listened to what I was looking for, and then gave me multiple options and the prices associated with each, a good-better-best approach. Communication with Cullen throughout the job was also very good and he is quite responsive. They arrived on time on the scheduled day with a very good crew that is obviously professional in their work. They completely removed the old grass, spread new top soil when leveling some high spots and laid the full yard of sod in 1 day. Clean up was excellent and I can't say enough about the crew that did the job, they were outstanding. The thing that kept me from giving an excellent score in quality was the grading/leveling, it was adequate and removed the worst of the high spots, but the yard still has more variation than I expected. There also appeared to be a pallet of sod that is noticeably different in color than the rest. I expect this to blend in as it establishes, but initially there is some "checkerboard" look. Neither of these minor items would keep me from using Cullen again, but I can't give an excellent score - overall quality was still good, and in total the job experience was excellent. I recommend Green landscaping for any similar job to mine.

We are very pleased with result. Cullen was patient and understanding regarding the wait to get church council approval. Cullen demonstrated knowledge of the building foundation and plant layout appropriate for the area (busy highway). He responded to issues that needed to be addressed once the old shrubbery was removed. Cullen also provided us with good tips to maintain the finished product.

Cullen was amazing! Extremely professional and easy to work with. I told him that we wanted to keep it simple and he went with my ideas and added some of his own. His crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. He kept me posted on all of the progress and what his next steps would be. His crew was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend Cullen and his crew- they are wonderful to work with.

Cullen did a great job. We are very pleased with his work and it was done at a very reasonable price. We had several beds cleaned up and mulched and a large area of gravel taken up and replaced with sod. He did a great job adding curb appeal to the area.

The crew arrived on time on the date specified. They cleaned up yard debris from winter and edged. They removed two yew's that had been destroyed by deer and installed new plants. They were more expensive than my previous landscapers who went out of business but less than others I contacted. I hope to use them for years to come.

This was truly a rewarding experience. My call was returned promptly and delivery was as scheduled. The work crew was courteous and efficient. Even though there were multiple plants sprouting none were destroyed. This was the best work I’ve had done in many years. Will definitely use next year.

We hired Green to replace an old patio, put all new landscaping in around our whole house & level/re-seed our side yard. The work they did was unbelievable. We had previously worked with another company who put in a 72 foot retaining wall and while we were happy with the work, the finished product was not final. We tried Green based on other recommendations from neighbors and couldn't be happier. I would never hesitate to use their company again and would highly recommend them. They really do a great job and a fair price.

Contacted company on March 11 for a quote stating our son passed away suddenly and we needed lawn repaired for celebration of life service in May. Cullen contacted me quickly and came on on Friday March 15 to see yard and give us a quote. He informed my husband that he would give us a quote by Monday March 18th. Never heard back from him. I wish companies would be upfront and just let us know if they can't do it or don't want to do it. This seems to be the norm for landscaping companies. Really horrible considering the circumstances.

Everything went great. The company was very professional and gave me co stand updates about the status of the job. They went above and beyond to take care of the property and the cleanup job made it look like they weren't even there! We have already made arrangements for future jobs to be done.

Did not return phone calls.

Cullen and his team were very responsive to our needs. We got a quote very quickly, and although he had a backlog of work, he let us know when he would be ready to do the job. We had some delays due to the very wet fall we have had, but the job was done well, and they did a good job of repairing the damage done to our lawn by their heavy equipment.

All aspects of the job went well. Cullen shows up for appointments on time, starts the projects when he says he will (weather permitting) & the workers stay until the job is complete. The patio and fire pit design and lighting turned out even better than expected. High quality workmanship! Cullen and his employees were friendly and very professional.

Excellent job. Work area kept neat and clean throughout the project, workers were great, daily progress good, very open communications, explanations were right on, Green Landscaping was very responsive to changes needed, price was right and payment schedule good. Excellent job on the wall, step and paver installation. It is lovely. Tree and shrubs are very nice. Great job on grass planting area. The drainage system required a lot of trenches to be dug and all downspouts to be connected to the main new pipe. Great job on this as well. I highly recommend Green Landscaping.

I contacted several landscapers from Angies list, Green landscaping was the only one that responded and quickly. One week from initial contact to finished job. Very professional crew who cleaned up after a very dirty job.
