They have been very good. I only had one incident where they said they found a belt that needed replaced. But I had it inspected prior to that and told them this was not brought up. After some time, they admitted they missed it and apologized. Other than that they have been very good and I will continue to use them. .

I got into a very minor fender bender in my 2005 Lotus Elise. The only thing that needed to be done was to replace the front clam shell and match the paint. Thought I would take it to the lotus dealer to get it fixed so I took it to the collision center at Wright automotive. While the part was supposed to come in they expressed concern that I wouldn’t come back after they paid for the clamshell. They didn’t tell me that the part would take 6 months to come in (it had to be made new) and they held my car for 2 months. I had to call the Wright automotive parts department for the Wright automotive collision center, they said they didn’t know how long it would take, I had to call Lotus parts in Milwaukee to find out the part would not come in 6 mos. I came to get my car so I could use it while waiting for the part. After I picked it, every time I locked the car the car alarm went off! I told them about the alarm and the guy on the phone didn’t seem to care but they said that they would take a look at it. While on the phone with them I told them that a light housing was broken and held on to the car with bungee cords. After 6 mos, Wright automotive didn’t even call me when the part came in, I had to find out form Lotus parts in Milwaukee! , I brought car back to get the part installed. They kept extending the time that they would need to do the job. Reason being they didn’t order the light housing that I had already told them was broken! Then the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that there was a crack on my windshield! He said that I must have pulled myself out of the car using the A pillar, creating a small, unnoticeable crack. He then said that the crack must have lengthened while at his shop because of the hot weather, so that now it was noticeable! Let me tell you, I love this car more than anything in the world, and I know it like the back of my hand. There was no crack before it went to Wright automotive! and it was hot for weeks before I brought it to them. At this point ive got a broken windshield and a broken alarm system and I just want my car back. So I pulled my car out of there that day. Do not go to Wright automotive to buy a car. Do not go to Wright automotive to get a car fixed! You will regret it! .

All of my phone calls were answered same day, the car was in very good condition, clean, inspection done and as I explained below the repairs that came up several days after purchasing were corrected promptly.
Both the Sales and Service teams were courteous, professional and didn't act as though I was 'bothering them" with all my calls, as I've experienced with other locations in the past.
I would recommend going to Wright for a used or new vehicle instead of a used car lot, or some of the other highly commercial dealerships.
They helped in making my family's holiday season a better one, by not price gauging, nor did they take advantage of us in any way, as we have been through 5 used car lots in the past 2 years, all of which (clearly) the cars didn't last.

I tried to purchase originally from this dealership, a 2014 Equus high end luxury vehicle. When asking them to go a couple miles to obtain a new Equus w/the options I desired, the sales manager laughed at me. REALLY! I’ve bought Chevy’s and dealers bent over backwards to go 1000+ miles to get the car for me, UNREAL! In the end, I bought out of state and that dealer was AWESOME, and even w/shipping the price was a few grand less than Wright. I still remember the Wright salesman’s line, throwing the sales paper at me and telling me, “look, that’s it – no better price.” How rude, brash, dated, and 1960’s sales tactics. So I tried to give Wright’s service dept a shot, seeing as they may be separate than sales. BOY WAS I WRONG! The unprofessionalism spreads. Called 3 times to make an apt over a week. After 10+ days, I called back again and the service manager was like, “who are you”? This was after they promised twice to call me back, lol. What a bunch of clowns. Thank goodness their true colors shine through. Hyundai, you seriously should reconsider having dealers like this sell the Equus, it doesn’t vote well for the high end product.

They are literally the best bunch of guys you will ever meet. I have been a customer of theirs since I bought my car in 2005. They go above and beyond, not just for me, but for everybody. They are very honest, a lot of times provide you with a loaner, if they can't give you one, they will arrange to get you a rental. They are very knowledgeable, if you are in a bind or if your warranty has expired, they try to help you with pricing. They are just very very good at what they do. Every time they repair your car, they wash it and wax it. They are unique, because they are like family. You go there, and they know you by first name. They are like that with everybody, not just me. I have a lot of experience with them, and their body shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I actually had this problem diagnosed at another mechanic because Wright hadn't found the problem on my previous visit. I left my car there for the day because they usually take way longer than they estimate and their waiting room is not comfortable. They said they fixed the bearings and put the drive belt back in the way it was supposed to be, but for the next few days every time I started my mini-van it shook violently. I called them and they didn't seem concerned. It seems to be running fine now. I don't like to bring my car in to Wright unless I'm sure the work is covered under warranty because they are so over-priced as well. In the past they have surprised me with diagnostic fees not previously quoted.

The experience at Wright Automotive is good. It is easy to schedule appointments and they are timely when dropping off. Typically in the mail we receive monthly or quarterly coupons that save us a decent amount of money on service visits. The experience is not as personal as a local smaller auto shop but they complete the work on time and to high quality. We've been primarily taking our Santa Fe to Wright since we purchased it and the car has run very well and any problems we've had have been fixed and stayed fixed.

The experience we have gone through with Wright Automotive is just plain ol' NASTY!
On 9/28/12, my mother felt some and quot;slippingand quot; with the transmission of her Isuzu Trooper. Because this vehicle has no dip stick to check the fluid level and knowing that low fluid level can cause transmission damage, we played it safe and had the vehicle towed in on 9/29/12 to Wright Automotive (the dealership that sold my mother the vehicle). After inspecting the vehicle on 10/02/12, they told us that the transmission was not damaged but that they found the accumulator piston cover leaking. They needed to replace it and also suggested a complete transmission flush because they said the fluid smelled and quot;burntand quot;, all at a cost of $600 which we agreed to.
On 10/04/12, my mother paid for and picked up her vehicle. She only made it about 2 blocks when she heard a loud and quot;popand quot; then lost all acceleration in her vehicle. She managed to cross 2 on-coming lanes of traffic without having any power to her vehicle (the right hand shoulder was blocked under construction) and jumped out when she saw smoke pouring out from under the hood. There was transmission fluid all over the road! She called Wright who sent a tow truck to pick both her and the vehicle up and was told that the part had been installed incorrectly. They repaired it and she picked it up again on 10/7/12. On 10/18/12 she took it in again to have them check the fluid level and they told her everything was okay.
On 10/22/12, only 4 days after they checked the vehicle, she drove an hour on the interstate to get to my home. By the time she got to my house, warning lights appeared on the dashboard, smoke was pouring out from under the hood and fluid was dripping all over my driveway! Wright refused to pick up the vehicle after I told them the same thing had happened and we had to have the vehicle towed ourselves again to their location. After 4 days, they still hadn't called us, so my brother called them. They said that the transmission was completely blown and it would cost $6,700 to fix! They refused to acknowledge that they had put the part on incorrectly again, so after threatening to sue them, we had the vehicle towed to a specialist who offered to fix it for @ $3,000. When the AAA driver arrived to pick up the vehicle, they sent him on a wild goose-chase tryng to find it. The dispatcher had to call several times and finally they located the car. When the driver found the car, they told him that they couldn't find the keys! After that they simply told him that they wouldn't release the vehicle, so the driver left and we had to make another call to AAA. Finally more than four hours later, the car was towed to the trans. specialist. By the time the vehicle made it there, the piston cover was back in place and and quot;magicallyand quot; the transmission was full of fluid! It appears that after we threatened to sue them, they stalled the tow truck driver while they were busy putting everything back on the vehicle, making it very hard for us to prove any wrongdoing on their part!
I have since filed a claim with the BBB, but surprise, surprise, Wright Automotive is saying that the vehicle's transmission was damaged from the moment we first brought it in, even though it showed absolutely no signs of damage and they have no computer codes showing an existing condition!
This is the WORST company we have ever had to deal with!!!! They are totally negligent, incompetent and flat-out dishonest! I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

The price is ok, but for some items, I kept taking the vehicle in to fix the same problem. They would "fix" it, but then the problem would occur again and they would have a new diagnosis, never refunding me for the previous "false" fix. Also, usually had to call them to ask when the vehicle would be done for them to tell me "it is ready." ONLY go there, because the are the only company in the area to service the type of vehicle I have. Will travel long distance to go another place. Unprofessional, "fights" with customer regarding repairs.

Terrible sales experience. Was expecting more after spending $25,000. All of the accessories were not with the vehicle when purchased, the windshield was cracked and was not told about it (discovered it on the ride home), gas tank was empty, was lied to regarding detailing of vehicle. It took forever and I had to do the leg work to cancel the extended warranty I was told could be cancelled with no problem. Every call was not returned promptly and I had to call numerous time to schedule an appointment. Lied to about Onstar system. They told me it had it (it does, but does not work). Then they wanted to charge me to fix it. And finally, after all of that I was not even offered a free oil change or anything.

My appointment was for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:15 and they took my car in the garage soon after I checked in. I informed the rep that the car probably did not need the emissions test since I don't put that many miles on it. I waited 2 and a half hours for an Inspection and Oil change which is extremely long. After two hours a mechanic told me that my brakes would need replaced soon but that it passed inspection. They wanted to replace them then but I didn't plan on spending that much time waiting for my car and said I would schedule another time to bring it back. The mechanic said that my car would be ready in another 25 minutes. When I got home I reviewed my invoice more thoroughly and found I was charged for an Emissions test that I should have been exempt for (I only put 3,420 miles on the previous year). When I called to ask why they charged me for Emissions when I was exempt the first service rep told me that even if its exempt the test is done and I would be charged. I disagreed with her and she said that another person would have to speak with me. Another rep called me back and said that if it was exempt I needed to bring in the previous year's emissions test. I said that the rep should have told me that when I informed him that it probably wasn't needed. He started to say that I need to speak to someone else, then I told him that it should have been apparent that the car was exempt from the fact that it is 5 years old and only has 23,450 miles on it which proves that I have always been exempt from the emissions test. He only offered to send me a $10 credit towards a future service. I would not trust them to do any other work on my car if they can't be honest and upright with a small service.

My car was purchased brand-new from Wright and has only 8k miles on it. When I asked the service manager to pull a new car (same make and model) up to see if my car was indeed running like normal (as they claim), he refused. I was even willing to pay for services (my car has a 5 year 50k warranty) simply to have a safe running car to put my family in and again, he refused. I plan to write a letter to the ownership of this Group and share my concerns regarding their service department. When you buy a car, especially a premium brand car, you buy not only the vehicle but, the relationship with the manufacturer and the dealer. Wright Automotive's Service Department and service manager have no concept of this whatsoever. I am generally against writing negative comments on Angie's List but, this was too much!

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for Tuesday, the parts needed were in stock. The people on the phone were professional and courteous. When I took the car there, I was promptly assisted. The clerk told me it would take about two hours. In fact, it only took about 1-1/2. In addition to replacing the damaged splash guard and doing the inspection, they removed my old license plate and installed the new one. The clerk also made sure I had a maintenance schedule, so I would know what to expect at my next service appointment.

They gave me an estimate for $1,750 that included having a harness for the engine put on and the very last thing that was on the sheet said "oxygen sensor" may be defective. So I went to another company, and they sent me to another company, and that company checked the car and what was defective was the oxygen sensor and that was all that I needed. So we went from $1,750 to $243. I pass inspection now.
