we ordered the above furniture on 7/5/15. I took until 10/13/15 to get it delivered. The day of delivery I called the store as the table had nicks and dings and the drawers will not work correctly and the chair foot rest would not go down. I was told that the "sales person" I dealt with was not in and I would have to call when she was in. I ask why there was not someone I could speak to. When I tried to give the person I was speaking with the information, she brushed me off and told me she would have "my sales person" call. I did get a call from her the next day. She told me she would submit a report and a "repair" person would be out to look at the furniture but it would take a week. I contacted Thomasville Furniture directly. Well that was a mistake. They take no responsibility for the quality of the furniture. (They blamed delivery, which was not the case). They were quite rude. T The repair person came today (2 of them) but could do nothing on site. They did validate the issues and told me they had to take the end tables and the foot rest from the chair to their shop for repair. I ask when they would bring them back. A week. So I have waited 14 weeks to get the furniture, 1 week to get some one to look at the damaged furniture and now another week to get it repaired. Meantime I have no tables and chair I told them I wanted new tables. They would not even address that. They deliver damaged furniture (that has been paid for I might add) but will not replace the damaged pieces. I paid fully price and I expected to get full quality furniture. I highly recommend you do not purchase here.

We've been married for 30+ years and hadn't bought anything new in 20. (Sent three kids to college.) Purchased a living room suite, sofa, upholstered chair, coffee table and two end tables from "Quality" Furniture. Coffee table had finish problems and after numerous phone calls was replaced. After eight months of light use, the sofa cushions are misshapen and puckered; long gone is the crisp, tailored look we saw in the showroom. I'll probably end up moving it to the basement. Approximately a month later, we wanted a new dining room set. The sofa had yet to show signs of wear and the coffee table had been resolved, so we bought a Thomasville buffet and china hutch from "Quality" Furniture, opting for a dining table and chairs from an Amish store. The Amish table and chairs arrived BEFORE the Thomasville pieces, were delivered with great care and look spectacular. Three months after purchase, the Thomasville pieces arrived. The buffet doors needed to be realigned on a service call. The china cabinet crown molding was damaged. A month later, the replacement top was delivered and ITS crown mold was also damaged. Another month and the third china top was delivered also with damaged crown molding; I didn't even allow it to be taken off the truck. A FOURTH top is supposedly being delivered this week (more than 5 months after purchase). I'd rather they just take everything back, but I'll accept it if undamaged because I want this nightmare to be over. If it is damaged as well, I'm headed to small claims court. I'm sick and tired of these people and wish I had a time machine or the money to buy a downtown billboard. All the joy was sucked out something that should have been a wonderful experience for the money we spent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.

A stated delivery date of six weeks turned into 16 weeks. After purchasing what was supposed to be two very high-quality leather recliners, the cushions became badly misshapen and the dye began to wear off exposing a buckskin-like color underneath. Definitely not the color wanted or ordered. It took ten weeks for the cushions to be replaced; and within two days, the new ones looked like the old. We have been trying to work this out for over 3 months; and have now requested that they take the chairs back and refund our money; but of course, no one is responding to this. It is apparent that these chairs are not the quality that a consumer expects to receive from Thomasville. In summary, we recommend that customers take their business to another furniture dealer. All Western PA Quality Furniture stores, (Canonsburg, Wexford, and Monroeville) are owned by the same person, Yu-Li Chiao; who provides the worse customer service we?ve ever experienced from any vendor. Tags indicate that these chairs were made in China ? ?nuf said! The aggravation and stress over this transaction has not been worth it. Save your money and sanity - go somewhere else for your furniture. Purchase furniture by a manufacturer other than Thomasville, who apparently no longer puts out the quality product they once did.
