Replacement process was very smooth. Calls were returned promptly and service was performed as scheduled.

Service was excellent by Todd, the Don's Glass installer. We had a little hiccup while he was out with the flu (he forgot to call me to re-schedule), but when I did re-contact him, he fit me in right away to get the glass installed. Price was a little higher than I expected for what I thought was a small window, but it did have to be cut to a custom size. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

I had an excellent experience with the office staff and the installer, Todd. Todd was personable, prompt and informative. He made quick work of the tasks required to complete the job and explained everything to me. He was on time for both appointments (measuring and installing) and did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the dates and time. We are listing our house and this work was a critical step in the preparation. With a family of four that includes my wife and I working full time, availability for this type of work is a challenge. Don's staff got in and out well ahead of our needed time frame. I only rated the cost a B because I really didn't have another company for comparison. It's worth mentioning that I do feel that the cost was fair. Given that the work was just done today, it may be premature to comment on the quality, but I would be remiss if I did not mention Todd going above and beyond in making our patio door ride smoothly on its rail. If\when we need glass work again, we will certainly use Don's Glass & Mirror.

We used Don's Glass to replace a window in the front of our house that was cracked.  They came out promptly to provide an estimate on replacing the window and we accepted the proposal.  After the new window came in, Todd came to our house just a couple days later and replaced the broken window with the new made-to-order window.  He was professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job with installation.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new window!

We like their price and the layout of the door. The door is working out good. Our interactions with them were good.

So very happy with the service and quality of the products provided by Don's. We were working on a quick turnaround deadline and Chaz made it happen. He was professional, courteous and so accommodating. I would definitely recommend Don's and plan on using them again for another project.

They did a great job. They were there when they said they would be. It needed adjustment afterwards and they were there to make the adjustments. I think overall, their service has been very good.

Work was done on time and looks great

It was ready for pick-up in one day. The tech had to disassemble/reassemble the frame which was not easy. Fan looks like new now. I've also had them custom cut mirrors, glass shelves and repair Traco window sashes. Always professional and courteous. Once when I mis-measured a set of shelves, they re-cut them at no additional charge. They take care of their customers.

The guys were all great.  Super professional, clean, and the window looks great.

The service went very well as I mentioned above.

1. After the initial request, an installer arrived about two days later, measured the window and evaluated what needed done to replace the glass in the window.

2. Explained where the glass for the window would be framed, and how long it would take to ship from the manufacturer, to Don's Glass and Mirror.

3. I would be receiving a call within two working days from Don's Glass and Mirror quoting me a price for framing and replacement of the broken window. When I received the call, the person at the other end explained, I could think about the quote before giving a yes or no answer.

4. After confirming that the quote was acceptable, it took about two days for the installer to return and replace the broken window with the new one. I wrote a check and the installer wrote the check number on the invoice and marked it as paid. Then installation only took 15 to 20 minutes.

After calling three other glass installation companies, and either waiting for them to return my phone call, or coaxing them or waiting for someone to physically show up, which were local, and one quoting me a price to replace the window of $250.00, sight unseen; having Don's Glass and Mirror treating me like a customer that they were interested in, and having a short turnover time to replace the window was and excellent experience.

They were fantastic. It was very well priced. They were prompt and very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. The interaction was excellent. I would very definitely use them again.

I had done business with Don' s Glass & Mirror quite a few years ago, before joining Angie's list. I was pleased to see they had an A rating when it became time to replace foggy double pane windows. I made an appointment for measurements and an estimate. Todd showed up exactly when the appointment was scheduled, took measurements, and said it would take 3-4 weeks from my paying a 50% down payment. I ordered ten windows, patio door, and skylight replacement glass. In the estimated time, he again called to schedule the installation. Todd and two assistants showed up exactly on time and completed the installation in less than three hours. My wife and I are very pleased that we can see out our windows again!
I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Fine job.

They measured accurately, priced reasonably, replaced glass cleanly and handled a difficult window (oversized garden window) with ease. One pane cracked on installation but they accepted the fault without question, upgraded in the the replacement without additional cost and finished off with professionalism. This with a window that other providers had either said could not be handled or only at a significantly higher price, i.e., replacement of the entire unit. We were very satisfied with the work.

We spent $2400 on that service.  They came and took measurements and did the installation.  They were prompt, neat, and accurate.  They were very nice people.

I was very happy with this company.  The only problem I had was the scheduling.  I called to schedule then you leave a message for someone to call you back--seems very inefficeint system. Overall though they were very reasonably priced--and professional.
