They were not good to work with. I put a large deposit down in October and work didnt start until march. I still have a glass shower door that does not close right and they stopped returning my calls. They would show up one day and not the next. The tile person was great. I called a glass company that I thought subcontracted the shower glass and was told that they did not do my bathroom. In fact they had done work as a subcontractor previously and were not paid and said they had to go to court. the project took until May. I am suspect they have cash flow issues because they were so unpredictable about when they would show up. I dont recommend them. my initial deposit was paid 10/13/2110 and the work was not done until May 2011.

I went in knowing that I was overpaying but it was important for me and my wife to get the job done in a timely manner. My wife frowns on me doing projects because I take too long. The reason we choose Copperleaf was not only because of their rather impressive showroom and selection of options we were assured it would take ~3weeks to be complete. Well it took approx. 4 months! All work was with subcontractors who WE were in direct contact for scheduling the work. The contractor would show up and leave early because they did not have material. The items they did get were stored in my garage. I couldn't park my car in it for several weeks. There was supposed to be a Project Manager assigned. He showed up at my house once (late in the project) and was not very helpful. The delivered vanity was white. We ordered a dark wood cabinet. The delivered mirror was wrong also. The counter top took several weeks to be delivered. Cooperleaf was unresponsive to our many calls. In hindsight, I should have done research myself, hired contractors and Project Managed the job myself (like I did) without using Copperleaf. I am happy with the finished job but could have saved 40% had I not used Copperleaf. I believe I could have achieved the same results on my own. As far as "timely manner", that is why I choose them and they failed miserably. The extra "premium" cost was a waste. Oh, and did I mention the bathroom was 5' x 8'. Nothing we ordered was exotic or out of the ordinary. I suspect, but have no proof, Copperleaf was running cash negative and was waiting on other projects for money even though I paid a hefty down payment. Buying beware, not recommended.

(the tub and corian was to be resurfaced within the first week of the order 10/20/2011, company would not return phone calls and when I did get a hold of the office gal, Liz she seemed to be oblivious to the lack of customer service coming from the owner nothing seemed to be of concern to her. lack of communication perhaps. I called Liz and asked for the showroom model of the powder room sink which was silver/chrome instead of the copper sink that had to be ordered, Liz said she would check with Shawn (owner) she did call me back and said it was ok'ed by Shawn. Waiting and waiting for tub resurfacing etc never happened, had to beg for the counter top (mean while copperleaf had my $$$ months passed no concern on their part...FINALLY the last week of Feb 2012 we had the counter top installed. but never heard anything about rest of job so we said forget it!!! Too many months of total unconcern for their customer passed and my husband called and talked to Shawn and told him we no longer required his services (or lack there of)and we wanted out $1890.00 back Shawn wanted it for "restocking" (nothing to restock). It is now April 30, 2012 and nothing, not a word from them. Very bad experience with this company Gene if you are reading this PLEASE straighten out your boy...... Shawn owes us $1890.00. I know, Gene you would never let this go on!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Approximately 6 months later I had a leak in the sink under the vanity. I called them and they sent someone out to repair it. About 13 or 14 months after the installation I had a leak again. It was past the one-year warranty program so I called another plumber and as soon as he opened the vanity he said it was installed improperly and that is why I was having the problem. I called Copper Leaf and told them what happened and asked them to reimburse my $80. He asked if I had something to show that it was installed incorrectly, which I did so I sent it like he asked. I called several times and left messages and he never called me back. Also, everyone told me the $7000 was twice as much as I should have paid.

I chose them because of the good experience that I had had with them years ago. I thought that they gave me a good price and did not pressure me into any quick contracts. The paint job could have been a little neater, but overall I am happy.

They didn't talk to me that much when they were there working for me. They had not talked to each other that much either. Sometimes they would be on time and some times they wouldn't show up at all.

Refinished old pink bathtub, with new white coating. On time, and minimal cleanup necessary as workman was very neat and diligent as he completed the process. Looks like new and the surface is very durable.

I WAS VERY PLEASED OVERALL. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT, AND IT WON'T STOP ME FROM USING THE COMPANY AGAIN, IS THAT IT TOOK 5 WEEKS FROM THE TIME I SIGNED THE ESTIMATE UNTIL I WAS TOLD MY PROJECT WAS ON THE SCHEDULE (ANOTHER 3 WEEKS LATER). AND DURING THOSE 5 WEEKS, I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL AT LEAST ONCE, USUALLY TWICE A WEEK, BECAUSE I WOULDN'T GET A CALL BACK FROM THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SCHEDULING THE JOBS. OVERALL, THOUGH, I'M VERY HAPPY. EVERYONE FROM GENE TO RALPH TO EILEEN WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERYONE CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID THE WORK EFFICIENTLY. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS VERY POLITE AND GRACIOUS. THEY HAD EVERYTHING PLANNED AND SCHEDULE SO THAT THE PLUMBER CAME TO DISCONNECT THE PIPES BEFORE THE TOP WAS MEASURED. THEN THE MEASURING AND THE PIPES WERE RECONNECTED. ON THE DAY OF THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION, A MAN FROM COPPER LEAF CAME TO DISCONNECT THE PIPES, THE INSTALLERS CAME WHILE HE WAS STILL HERE. IT TOOK A WHILE TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOP. THEN THE PLUMBER CAME TO REINSTALL ALL THE PLUMBING. THERE WAS NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. EVERYTHING WAS HAULED AWAY. ALL THE MEN WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT.
