So they came out in October to check our ductwork for liheap. It was leaking air into our attic. The tech said he felt it and would have manager call me me on next steps. Roger didn't call me, I called 4 days after to check. Roger told me the system was fine and no leaks. Christmas eve attic was 72 degrees, ice dam destroyed roof, 2 rooms in house, and attic. Near 70k in damages. I called liheap because furnace was obviously leaking air still. They came back out... tech said he definitely felt it still. Yet again Roger said it's not leaking to liheap. But this time we have google camera in house, personal reasons, and it has tech telling me he felt the leak and it's the ductwork and also the main supply plenum. So 70k in damages, all so he could save maybe 800 in profit..

Cody arrived on-time and got right to work. I have used climate system now for over a year for furnace and air conditioner preparation and repair. They were very good. The price was very good. I wouldn't have hired them if it was an outrageous amount. It had to have been fair. It was just an inspection but they did point out some stuff to be on the lookout for. I don't feel like they tried to sell me stuff that I don't need.

After a thorough cleaning, the unit was running better than it had in a year. As always, the service technician was honest, helpful and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure any questions are answered. We'll be using this company in the Fall for the 3rd year to inspect our furnace.

The Service Technician was the same gentleman who worked with us last time. He did a great job once again. I also had him take a quick look at our AC unit because we noticed it was running a lot at the end of the summer. He suggested he look at it in the Spring, and I just paid for an AC inspection with the same company. This will be my 3rd purchase from this company.
