Description of Work: Great! Fixed a few minor issues... like I installed the wrong kind of filter. Showed me how to clean the coils. They will be my go-to service company! Came out same day even tho the weather was blazing hot and they had a ton of calls.

Description of Work: Air conditioner tune up. They came and looked at the AC quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that when I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist would not speak to me about appointments. She told me to just buy the Angie's List deal and work it out there.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for an AC tune up. They had appointments available quickly so they came and performed the tune up. However, the next day, a compacitor in the unit burst and my AC quit. As frustrated as I was that they had just checked it and gave it the all clear, they did come out immediately to address the issue. I did have to cover costs of parts but they recognized that they had just given it the all clear, so they did not charge for labor.

Description of Work: Bought deal for A/C maintenance and set appointment for cooling fan issue. Scheduling was easy and came out for a 8 AM appointment. Explained what he was testing and looking for and addressed our fan issue, which happened to be low coolant in outside unit. Looked everything over and told me how to address future issues if they should come up.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for a furnace tune up. They cleaned my 19 year old furnace check for high levels of carbon monoxide and gave me a thumbs up that my furnace was still in good working order at least for now. They were very honest and answered all of my questions. I would use them again for any future cleanings. I loved the idea of getting a great price through Angie's list big deal offer. The service was already paid for and I just had to sign the service report.

Description of Work: They came to do a maintenance checkup on my air conditioning unit. I was having issues where air wasn't cooling down the upstairs and they spent a long time trying to redurect the air flow. They came the next day and took their time. It helped but my upstairs still is pretty hot. I do wish there was an easy fix But I think that's due to the ductwork I plan on having them come out to service again when needed.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Climate Systems. My air conditioner was not working any when the repairman from Climate Systems showed up he really went above and beyond to find out what the problem was. It ultimately was something my electrician had done wrong and the repairman from Climate Systems was very helpful in explaining to me what had to be done to correct the problem. He also came back after the electrician repaired the problem. Both times Climate Systems was there when they said they would be. I'm very happy with their services and the professionalism of the repairman. (Sorry I can't remember his name but he came out both times.)
