Odered a custom finished coffee table. I was told it would take 8 weeks. After 12 weeks, I stopped by the store to check on the status. I was told "it was in" but I never received a call. When I questioned why I had not been notified, I was told that my sales person was no longer with them. Did that mean I would never have been called? I indicated that I wanted to pick up the item. The associate tried to talk me out of it but I did not want to pay $100 delivery fee when I only live 5 minutes from the store. I told her that I would check to make sure it would fit in my vehicle and them call to schedule a pickup time. While it would not fit in my car, it would fit in my son's who would be home the following week. When I called to schedule the pickup, I was then told that the item was not available. It was in their warehouse in Cleveland and it would not be in the store for two weeks. When I questioned why that had not been explained to me, I was again told that my sales person was no longer with them! I am sure that I did not buy a table from "Suzanne" but it seems as if the store has no accountability toward my purchase. If I had not already put down a substantial deposit, I would have walked away from this purchase. The customer service has been terrible! I have tremendous buyer's remorse. I will never again walk into that store!

The sales staff was friendly and professional. I paid $85.00 to have the furniture delivered and assembled at my home. The delivery crew came within the scheduled time. The living room furniture looks great and seems to be assembled properly. The desk, however, was only secured on two of the four corners making it lift up easily from the base. They are scheduled to return in two weeks to complete the assembly. The description of the desk on the sales hand-out reads, "Drawers and file cabinets are set on metal ball bearing glides . . . " However, only the file cabinets are on the smooth motion glides making the other drawers hard to open and close. Customer service tells me this is a typo on the sales hand-out and that there is nothing they can do to fix the drawers. I will be replacing my dining room furniture soon but I will not purchase it from Arhaus in Wexford and I would not recommend them to friends and family.
